UPDATE – KVSL STAGE-III

Last stage of Kashmir Volleyball Super League (KVSL) is about to commence from 16 July 23. Event comprises of both SHOOT and SMASH version of Volleyball. “Opening Ceremony” of the event is planned on 16 July 23 at Jalalabad Sports Complex but before its formal inauguration, “KVSL Night” is scheduled on 15 July 23 at Neelum Sport Complex at 8 pm. During KVSL Night, all participating team will be present and public will be provided an opportunity to interact with them. Moreover, KVSL trophy will also be unveiled. On 15 July 23, all team captains shall carryout “Press Conference” at Muzaffarabad Press Club followed by “KVSL Bus Trip” of Muzaffarabad city to promote the event. “Photoshoot” of players participating in KVSL will be taken at Jammu of Kashmir Monument, Thuri Park and Chilliana.

All matches of KVSL will be broad casted live on Social media. Stage-III will commence on 16 July 23 and end on 20 July 23 in which separate matches for both Shoot and Smash will be played.

First match of “Smash Version” will be played on 17 July 23 between Muzaffarabad Bahadur and Poonch Panjal, while second match of the day will be played between Mirpur Badshah and Poonch Azad. In “Shoot Version”, first match will be between Neelum and Hattian.

On 18 July 23 , first match in “Smash Version” will be played between Muzaffarabad Bahadurs and Sher-e-Mirpur and in Second match Muzaffarabad Janbaz will compete against Poonch Azad, while in “Shoot Version” , Muzaffarabad will play against Hattian.

On 19 July 23, in first match Poonch Panjal will play against Sher e Mirpur, while in Second match Mirpur Badshah will play against Muzaffarabad Janbaz. In “Shoot version”, Muzaffarabad will play against Neelum.

On 20 July 23, Qualifying team will play Semifinals while final of Shoot version will be played. While, on 21 July 23 final of “Smash version” will be played. Matches of the event will be played at AJK University Chatter Klass Campus and at Jalalabad Sports Stadium.

Muzaffarabad KVSL is first of its kind Volleyball tournament in AJ&K and is getting healthy appreciation from local population.

KVSL is an attempt to promote local talent of AJ&K so that their talent can be showcased at National and International Level.
