The Kashmir Volleyball Super League (KVSL) – 2023 is first of its kind sporting event in Azad Jammu & Kashmir, which will allow the youth of Kashmir from grass root level to show their talent and potential for ultimately showcasing their skills, passion, agility, and spirit to be “The Best” and “Second To None” at the State level.
